Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy for subscription boxes?

MISHIBOX monthly subscription boxes are shipped once a month. Subscription boxes are typically shipped around the middle of the month; however, if there are any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified. Exact shipping dates are posted on Shipping Schedule page.

Domestic (USA)

Domestic shipments are typically delivered via USPS First Class Package if the shipment is under 16 ounces or USPS Priority Mail if the shipment is over 16 ounces and typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination; however, please note that the USPS does not guarantee that all packages will be delivered in 1-3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any packages returned or delayed by the USPS.

The U.S. Shipping Fee is $3.95 for subscription boxes and come with tracking via USPS.

International

International shipments are delivered by our USPS-affiliated shipping partner (DHL) and typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on the destination country. This does not include any potential customs delays by your country's customs officials.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any packages returned or delayed by the USPS or your country's postal service, or any packages delayed by your country's customs.

We currently offer international shipping with limited tracking. Please see the Subscription Box Shipping Fee page for a list of all fees by country.

    IMPORTANT:  Shipments typically take one to three weeks for international transit not including any potential customs delays. Any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts." We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc., so please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

    What is your shipping policy for store purchases?

    Domestic (USA)

    All orders have a flat shipping rate of $3.95. 

    If your order consists of only products from the Free Shipping section, then your order will ship for free.

    If you place multiple orders going to the same shipping address, we will do our best to consolidate your order into one shipment if the packages are available to ship on the same day. If you do not want your orders to be consolidated, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com to notify us immediately after you place your order.

    All U.S. orders will typically be received within 1-3 business days depending on the destination. This is DELIVERY time and does not include processing time. Please note that the standard order processing time of 1-3 business days will apply. Delays in the processing time is possible if there is a sudden increase in the number of orders or around major U.S. holidays.

    Shipping delays will occur around the following major U.S. holidays as the U.S. Postal Service will be closed:

    • New Year's Day
    • Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday
    • Presidents Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Columbus Day
    • Veterans' Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

    Please note that the USPS does not guarantee that all packages will be delivered in 1-3 business days. If you need your package sooner, please contact us at customerservice@mishibox.com and we can discuss alternative shipping options for an additional cost.

    International

    All shipments to international destinations outside of the U.S. are shipped based on weight via our third party USPS-affiliated shipping partner (DHL).

    The maximum commodity value per package is $400 for Packet services and $1,000 for Parcel services. If your order is larger than $400 or $1,000, please place multiple transactions under $400 or $1,000 each for Packet and Parcel services, respectively. If your order is greater than $400 or $1,000, then your items will ship in separate packages.

    If your order consists of only products from the Free Shipping section, then your order will ship for free.

    You will have a choice of the following DHL shipping services at checkout for your shop order:

    DHL Packet Priority

    DHL Packet Plus Priority

    DHL Parcel Standard

    DHL Parcel Priority

    We can also ship international orders via DHL Express or other express courier service upon request, but please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees that you may be charged by DHL Express. Any express courier service may charge additional brokerage fees in addition to customs fees and taxes that your country's customs will charge.

    When will my order ship?

    All of our orders typically packed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Average transit time depends on the destination. Delays in the processing time is possible if there is a sudden increase in the number of orders or if it is around U.S. holidays.

    Orders are processed, packed, and shipped between Monday through Friday, excluding any federal holidays observed in the U.S.

    If we unable to process your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Please be sure to add your our email address (customerservice@mishibox.com) to your address book so that our emails do not go to your spam folder.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    For domestic orders (USA), we only charge sales tax if your order is being shipped to Virginia (VA), in which case both state and local taxes will apply.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, all store purchases (both domestic and international) come with tracking numbers. International shipments are not guaranteed delivery confirmation.

    Subscription boxes shipped to international destinations are shipped with limited tracking only.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order when your order ships. Your order status on your mishibox.com account will also show you your tracking number and tracking link.

    We are not responsible for any downtime in tracking visibility caused by the carrier.
