Shipping Policy

Our monthly subscription boxes start shipping in the beginning to the middle of the month, and continue to ship throughout the month until they are sold out.

You can refer to the announcement message at the top of our website and to the banner on the front of our website to see which box will be your first box at the time of purchase. If you are unsure which box will be your first box, you can email us at cs@mishibox.com.

 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipments
  • Domestic (U.S.) subscription boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • The subscription box shipping fee is $5.95 and comes with full tracking.
  • We only charge sales tax if your order is being shipped to Virginia (VA), in which case both state and local taxes will apply. However, this is subject to change as sales tax laws can change.

Note:  Sometimes it is possible for the delivery to take longer if there are delays along the way. Please wait for twenty-one (21) days before contacting us about a missing box. In our experience, a missing box will typically show up within this timeframe.

 

International Shipments
  • International subscription boxes are shipped via our USPS-affiliated shipping partner (DHL) until export. Final delivery is handled by your country's postal service.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country.
  • The subscription box shipping fee starts at $5.95 and depends on the destination country. Tracking varies by country.

Note:  Sometimes it is possible for the delivery to take longer if there are delays (particularly customs delays) along the way. Please wait for forty-five (45) days before contacting us about a missing box. In our experience, a missing box will typically show up within this timeframe.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts." We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc., so please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

     

    Domestic (U.S.) Shipments
    • All orders have a flat shipping rate of $5.95. 
    • We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
    • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
    • All orders come with full tracking.

    Delivery time does not include our standard processing time of 1-3 business days. Delays in the processing time is possible if there is a sudden increase in the number of orders or around major U.S. holidays.

    Orders are processed, packed, and shipped between Monday through Friday, excluding any federal holidays observed in the U.S.

    We only charge sales tax if your order is being shipped to Virginia (VA), in which case both state and local taxes will apply. However, this is subject to change as sales tax laws can change.

    If you place multiple orders going to the same shipping address, we will do our best to consolidate your order into one shipment if the packages are available to ship on the same day. If you do not want your orders to be consolidated, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com to notify us immediately after you place your order.

     

      International Shipments

      All shipments to international destinations outside of the U.S. are shipped based on weight via our third party USPS-affiliated shipping partner (DHL).

      The maximum commodity value per package varies based on the shipping service appropriate for your country. If your order is greater than $400 or $1,000 (depending on the service level), your items may ship in separate packages.

      All international orders will be delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. Please note that the standard order processing time for international orders of 1-5 business days will apply. 

      Orders are processed, packed, and shipped between Monday through Friday, excluding any federal holidays observed in the U.S.

      For those countries that have tracking available, it will be included as a part of the standard shipping for shop orders. Please note that DHL does not guarantee a 100% final delivery scan rate. Please view the final delivery scan percentages by country below.

      Yes, all store purchases (both domestic and international) come with tracking numbers. International shipments are not guaranteed delivery confirmation.

      Subscription boxes shipped to international destinations are shipped with limited tracking only.

      You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order when your order ships. Your order status on your mishibox.com account will also show you your tracking number and tracking link.

      We are not responsible for any downtime in tracking visibility caused by the carrier.
