If you are a new subscriber and you are not sure which box will be your first box, please check the banner on the front page of our website or the banner at the top of our website. If you purchased your box after a month's sold out date, then your first box will be the next month's box. If a spot opens up for an earlier month's box, we will contact you and let you know. If you are not sure, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. :)

Tracking emails are typically sent a few days before the boxes are shipped. Please verify your shipping address in the email. You can also check your order information on your mishibox.com account to view your tracking number and link.
Domestic delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
International delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on the destination NOT including any potential delays caused by your country's customs.
There is no guarantee that you will receive your subscription box before the re-bill date as we cannot predict how customs will or will not delay your box delivery.
*International boxes are shipped to our shipping partner who process tracking numbers upon receipt. Therefore, international tracking numbers can take 48-72 hours to update.
