If we have already started shipping the current month’s box, your first box typically ships within 1-5 business days of your order.
If we have not started shipping the current month’s box, your first box ships in the first wave of shipments. This is typically around the beginning to the middle of the month.
Please check the banner and announcement bar on our website to see which box will be your first box. If you are still unsure, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note if the current month’s box is sold out, then you will notice that the banner and announcement message on our site will change to the next month. If you purchase your box after the current month’s box is sold out, your first box will be the next month’s box.
How Much Is Shipping for the Beauty Box?
The shipping cost for the beauty box in the U.S. is $5.95.
International shipping costs range start at $5.95 and vary by country. Please check our Subscription Box Shipping Fees by Country page to learn more.
Tell Me About Tracking
Tracking emails are typically sent a few days before the boxes are shipped. Please verify your shipping address in the email.
You can also check your order information on our website by viewing your account. If you subscribe after the first wave of boxes are shipped, it is possible that you may receive your tracking email on the same day your box ships.
Please email us ASAP regarding any address changes. We ship pretty quickly.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Domestic deliveries in the U.S. typically take 1-3 business days and are shipped via USPS.
International deliveries depend on the destination country, so it could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please note that there is always the potential for customs delays.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your first box before the re-bill date (28th of the month), especially if you place your order closer to the end of the month.
Who Delivers My Box?
Domestic deliveries in the U.S. will arrive via USPS.
International deliveries are handled by our shipping partner in the U.S. until it is exported, and then the final delivery is handled by your country’s postal service.
Important Information for International Customers
Any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc., so please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
What if my box doesn’t arrive?!!
Please wait for 21 days (USA) or 45 days (international) after the shipping date before emailing us about your missing box. Many times boxes that are delayed will show up within these timeframes.
If after waiting your box is still missing, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you. You must inform us of the missing package within 60 days of the shipping date to claim your missing box.
