What is MISHIBOX?
Our mission at MISHIBOX (pronounced "me-she") is to help you explore the exciting (and sometimes very cute) world of Korean beauty. We want to help you discover your favorite products in a convenient, effortless, and affordable way.
We will send you a curated box with a combination of 5 - 6 deluxe-sized samples and full-sized Korean beauty products from a wide range of Korean brands. We are all about finding the best Korean beauty products for you to try from both brands that you already love and the brands that we think you will love. We also take a special interest in discovering brands that may be difficult to access from outside of Korea.

With your active MISHIBOX monthly subscription, you will receive:

Here are some important things to know about MISHIBOX!
- You will be charged for your first box as soon as you sign up. Afterwards, you will be re-billed on the 28th of each month prior to shipping (Ex. Billing on Sept 28th for the October box, Oct 28th for the November box, etc.).
- You must create an account to view your subscription information. Creating an account on our website is optional and therefore an account is not automatically created for you.
- The deadline to cancel your subscription auto-renewal is 11:59 PM EST on the 27th of each month before the monthly re-bill date. Please note that cancelling the subscription does not cancel any open orders that you have--it ONLY cancels the auto-renewal of the subscription. To cancel an order before it ships and get a full refund, please email us at email@example.com and specify that you want to cancel the currently open order.
- All shipping dates are posted on our Shipping Schedule page.
- If you don't know which box will be your first box, please check the Sold Out Dates. If you signed up for your subscription AFTER the sold out date, then your box will be the next month's box.
- Korean dates on products are EITHER the manufacture date OR the expiration date. Expiration dates can vary from two to five years from the manufacture date. This varies depending on the product type. If you can't read Korean, check out this image on what the characters for the manufacture date and the expiration date look like.
